IAL is commited to developing the skills, knowledge and professionalism of the industry. 

The commitment is shown in the area of training and certification.  Each of these areas is managed for IAL by a full-time employee.

The training main page covers information on all aspects of training including courses, traineeships and information for training providers. 

The certification main page covers the IAL's Certification Program that is helping to convey a positive image of a industry managing itself to provide certainty of skills, knowledge and ongoing upskilling to all levels of the community from consumers to governments. 

The meter certification page provides an update on IAL's project to establish an industry training framework for installation, maintenance and validation of meters for non-urban supply.
