Next committee meeting

The next Sydney Regional Committee meeting will be held TBA at 8.00am sharp.

At the May meeting the region elected an interim regional committee, which is formulating terms of reference in preparation for elections to be held at a meeting proposed for July.

Sydney Water is considering implementing a ratings based exemption scheme for residential spray systems that would allow their restricted use similar to drip
systems should they achieve a minimum rating of four stars. At a meeting With Sydney Water in May industry representatives discussed how the proposed scheme would work. The industry provided feedback on the process, marketing and administration.

There are plans under way for an industry awards night in November. More later.
